Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving forward. If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down.

self-help books

A key aspect of therapy is self-help. I often tell my clients, “I can provide you with the skills and tools to become more independent, but they won't be effective unless you actively apply them. While you see your therapist for just one hour each week, the real work takes place in the time between sessions.” With that in mind, here is a list of self-help books that I frequently recommend. These books can help you better understand your experiences and provide practical insights as you continue your personal growth journey.
